- Diet control leads to optimal weight

Fats in food can be saturated or unsaturated.
Increased intake of saturated fats increases
the risk of heart attack. Common foods with
high saturated fat are GHEE, CREAM, BUTTER,
CHEESE, VANASPATI, COCONUT OIL, PALM OIL,
PORK, BEEF, MEAT & EGG YOLK.

Exercise
- Regular exercise will strengthen
and increase the efficiency of the heart.
Don't overdo the exercise particularly at
the beginning.
